Missions Program

Part of the mission statement of Porter Memorial Baptist Church is to "globally lead people to faith in Christ."  The student ministry believes that it is our primary task to reach the lost students of our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth.  In the spirit of the Great Commission, REVOLUTION is devoted to creating a student ministry that is committed to missions and evangelism.  The goal is to impassion the students to understand their call as believers to be missionaries in their homes, schools, communities, and their world.

Kiebera 007Internation Mission Trip
Every two years the student ministry will go on a mission trip to a foreign country.  The participants will be hand-selected by the student ministry staff.  Only upper classmen at levels 4 and 5 will be considered.  The majority of mission trips will take place in the summer and will last, on average, for two weeks.  This trip will be in conjunction with the missions program of Porter Memorial Baptist Church.
